Applying For My Own Job

I was unhappy with my situation.  I had put up with so much bullshit at my cluster that it wasn’t even funny.  I had a bipolar O.M., egotistical jocks, plus unprofessional sales associates.  I was just fed up and decided that I wanted to look for another programming job.

I saw an ad on All Access for a stealth program director job and it instantly grabbed my attention.  Everything on the ad described my ideal situation.  Once I got home I immediately applied for the position.
To make a long story short, the stealth position I was applying for was for my own job.  The O.M. never admitted that he had posted the opening but made it clear that word got around to him that I was looking for another gig.  I was given a lame excuse and was handed my walking papers.
